Dunn and Braxton Limited - Our client is a reputable indigenous FMCG company that imports and distributes top-notch foreign wines mostly from South Africa to prominent distributors and retailers in Nigeria.

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Graduate Trainee)

Job Description

• The Company is seeking to hire passionate and result-driven graduates with interest in Sales that will help with the sales and distribution of its range of quality brands of wine to distributors and retailers in their assigned territories within the island districts of Lagos while networking with prominent players in the industry to promote brand awareness.
• S/he will be responsible for developing expansion strategies, preparing sales reports and would be required to keep abreast of market trends and answer any questions and queries professionally.
• Our ideal candidate should be a keen problem solver with good leadership skills and business sense and should be able to drive, identify weaknesses in the current sales strategy and make effective recommendations.

Job Objective

• The role will be responsible for achieving the set sales and revenue target of the business through identified key distributors and retailers within their assigned territory.

Requirements

• First Degree in any relevant field
• Must be able to drive with a Valid Drivers license.
• Good understanding and interest in field Sales and marketing activities.
• Ability to network effectively.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
• Business-related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary

• Guaranteed Base Pay of N60,000.00 / Month
• Sales commission and other benefits (Car, Pension & Medicals)
