Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2B Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • The Sales and marketing officer with focus being attracting new clients, winning new accounts and closing sales to meet monthly sales/profit target.
  • Work with prospects/clients through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects and turning interested shoppers into long-term customers, both on B2B and B2C fronts.
  • Meeting monthly sales/profit targets by closing new deals;
  • Independently winning new leads using different customer acquisition techniques(Door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.);
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales plans to be approved by the management;
  • Building relationships with existing customers;
  • Regularly visiting customers and potential leads;
  • Efficiently managing multiple accounts simultaneously;
  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts as required;
  • Responding to incoming client inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Representing the brand during all customer and prospect interactions;
  • Educating customers on how the company works to build brand awareness and loyalty;
  • Gathering customer feedback after each closed sale;
  • Filing daily and weekly reports as required;
  • Actively participating in internal meetings;
  • Actively participating in brainstorming sessions for marketing ideas;
  • Following all company policies as communicated to the employee;
  • Performing any other task that is assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND qualification in any relevant field
  • Minimum of one year experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to initiate and close sales
  • This is a field-based role and would require an ideal candidate to be familiar with Lagos.
