Job Title: Sales Representative

Reports To: Area Sales Manager
Location: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt
Department: Sales / Marketing

Job Purpose Summary
  • To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and other related services.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/Functional Duties
  • Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing and potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited for their need.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical Service groups.
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization's products and services.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Required Skills & Attributes
  • Proven people management skills (with a minimum of 1-3years).
  • Exposure and established interest in working for the organization.
  • Job requires that the individual is able to drive and ready to travel.
  • The individual should be tenacious on set objectives and not easily distracted.
Required Educational Qualification(s)
  • First Degree (B.Sc.) in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiology & Biochemistry or any other related discipline.
Other Requirements
  • Excellent entrepreneurial, leadership, communication skills.
  • The individual should be tenacious on set objectives and not easily distracted.
  • High degree of computer literacy a must.
  • Fluency in English required, Yoruba and other language is a plus.
  • Age Range: 23-30years
