Position Details

You'll be Great If

• You are a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Manager that has experience working in 4-Star hotels in the Food and Beverage sector
• You enjoyed being part of a high performing team and creating home from home for leisure guests and corporate clients
• You oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service.
• You work closely with the revenue management team to develop effective pricing strategies for the business
• You monitor property condition, cleanliness, cost control, and quality of product and service throughout hotel
• You enjoy leading a team and going the extra mile to ensure excellence
• You communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
• You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• You understand the impact of job role in the overall guest experience
• You act in accordance with hotel policies, processes, and procedures.

The Person

• At least 1+ year experience working in related role and in a 4-Star property
• Minimum of HND / B.Sc qualification.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Someone hardworking, trustworthy & genuine.
• Accountable and resilient.

What's On Offer

• Salary range: N60,000 - N100,000 per month
