AAO-Tasalach Limited - Our client is a medium-sized law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to corporate bodies on general commercial matters and complex commercial transactions.

Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage recruitment, onboarding, and termination of employees.
- Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
- Leading the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.
- Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams.
- Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, or formal notices of termination; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan in line with the vision and objectives of the business to drive high performance.
- Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement, and motivation within the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resources, Business Administration or other Business/Personnel related courses.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Team player with strong leadership capability
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Membership of relevant professional bodies (CIPM, CIPD) is an advantage.
