Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos

Job Description
- Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, delivery date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify the delivery address.
- Report daily on all matters relating to assigned motorcycles to the supervisor/Manager.
- Record information, such as items received and delivered.
- Sign for the package upon collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery.
- Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection of the general condition of the assigned motorcycle.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- A minimum of SSCE
- 1 - 3 years experience.
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with relevant routes.
- Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
- Ability to communicate, read and write.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Polite and able to get along with people.
Salary
N40,000 - 50,000.00 per month.
