Mecer Consulting Limited - Our client is a leading Microfinance Bank (MFB) in Nigeria with headquarters in Abuja and a balance sheet size of over N15 billion.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Disbursement Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT) / Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To increase the visibility and awareness of the bank products and maximize sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Achieve growth in account opening, income generation, and e-banking product offerings.
• Initiate active loans collection and recoveries.
• Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services
• Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Achieve a healthy portfolio and deposit mix.
• Identify potential loan markets and develop referral networks
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in any discipline, M.Sc most preferred.
• At least 3 years work experience in a sales or marketing-related role
• Experience in DSE, DSA, Credit Direct, and Payroll marketing will be added advantage
• Experience disbursing loans, and manage loan accounts.
• Must have good knowledge of booking loans.
• Good knowledge of credit risk ratio and analyzing risk.
