Job Title: IT Support / Social Media Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Resolving network issues.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Measure the success of every social media campaign

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or HND in any IT related field
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Ability to handle basic IT related functions
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage social media pages
• Excellent use of canva, corel draw etc
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
