Dominion Consulting - Our client is an international company established in the chemical industry whose products are widely applied to a broad range of industries. Their product variety are tailored towards ensuring that their customers receive quality whilst getting to use environment friendly products.

In order to better serve their customers in the oversea markets, the Company has successively set up offices in the capitals of India, Thailand Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and are currently setting up in Africa (Nigeria and South Africa). In subsequent years, the company aims to take a global presence in the industry.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Manage the staffing process of employees (i.e recruiting, interviewing, hiring), using standard issued by the headquarters.
  • Regularly communicate with staff, handle and resolve employee issues and conflicts as required by headquarters' management.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees propagate the company's vision, values and work philosophy.
  • Regularly collect and update local laws, regulations, policies, and talent market information, and report to the headquarters in a unified format.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff; gauging and improving employee enthusiasm for work, and providing timely advice on dismissal plan for employees who are not suitable during the probation period.
  • Manage the attendance, travel, leave requests, implementation of performance, salary, proposal, welfare, etc. of employees.
  • Assist the headquarter in handling/renewing business qualification, product registration/renewal, office lease maintenance, material purchase maintenance, etc.
  • Assist headquarter to control financial work (expenses, bookkeeping/reconciliation, tax declaration)
  • Work with the branch sales team to arrange business trips, schedules, etc. other daily work.

Requirements

  • MBA / BA Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IRPM)
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a human resource role, and previous experience in the Chemical industry will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work without supervision.

Remuneration
N190,000 - N250,000 monthly + Performance Salary.
