Job Summary
We are in need of passionate and qualified Educators, skilful in 21st-century teaching and learning, as:
- Subjects Teachers in Osengere, Ibadan,
- Class Teachers in Alakia, Ibadan, and
- Assessment Officers in Alakia, Ibadan,
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a class
- Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches for the students.
- Monitor teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of the students
- Plan and deliver effective sequences of lessons
- Identify and teach skills that will develop students’ ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Identify and teach skills that will develop students’ social independence
- Lead a subject(s) or identified area within the School Improvement Plan and ensure progress is at least Good.
- Report students’ progress.
- Devised effective methods of assessment
- Assess students based on provided curriculum
- Prepare students for external examinations
Qualification and Skills
- Applicants should possess a B.Ed, B.A (Ed) or B. Sc (Ed) in any equivalent degree with PGDE or M. Ed.
- He / she must be must passionate about teaching
- He / She must be Innovative
- Completion of NYSC is compulsory
- Basic ICT skills is compulsory
- Apt to learn new skill.
