De Koolar Nigeria Limited is a 100% owned indigenous HVAC Company with over two decades of industry experience. We are leading Nigerian manufacturers and suppliers of a range of Ice Block Making Machine, Cold room, Blast Freezer, Display Chiller Fridge, Industrial Ovens, Refrigerators and Air Conditioners, among other domestic and industrial heat transfer equipment.

Job Title: Business Strategist

Location: Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Collaborate with management to re-position business and improve profit.
• Implement business relationships and partnerships through direct meetings with customers and industry personnel.
• Develop strategy to grow client base and improve customer retention
• Create business development strategies to increase the company revenue and brand value.
• Research the market trends to identify the customer demand for the proposed products and services.
• Develop and implement strategies across all our sub-branches in Nigeria.
• Develop workflow processes for productivity.
• Ensure to conduct competitor analysis which leads to growth strategies (market analysis and structural implementation).
• Manage the planning, development and content creation for physical and digital marketing for online campaigns.
• Forecasts short term and long-term business plan for the organization (i.e., making future projections for growth and activity by considering past performances and fundamental values).
• Build the Company’s branding strategies.
• Analyze industry trends and adjust marketing campaigns/strategy accordingly
• Carry out assigned duties
• Supervise all BDE activities across region.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 10 years work experience.
