Job Title: Office Relationship Manager (Fashion Outfit)
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Understand customer needs
- Respond to complaints
- keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes
- planning and developing ranges
- liaising closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points
- understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns, toiles and technical specifications for designs
- overseeing production
- negotiating with customers and suppliers
- Oversee marketing, finances and other business activities
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints
- Manage internal staff relations
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Requirements
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks in the context of tight deadlines
- Pro-active with a positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable in liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
