Job Title: UFR Safety Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Must Ensure Drills are conducted frequently to test the Emergency Arrangements of all UFR locations.
- To assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents at UFR/OLT Contractors yards to determine their underlying causes
- Prepare and attend all HSE Meetings within UFR , OLT and with Contractors and sub-contractors.
- To also take care of colleagues safety and behavior without hesitating to intervene as much as necessary
- Supervision of Health, Safety, Environment and Security activities and reporting of related performance.
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Graduate Bachelors Degree (B.Sc) or (B.Eng ) or equivalent in any engineering
- Formal training in HSE with recognized qualification or certification.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the Oil and Gas production projects, with minimum 3 years on position(s) of similar HSE responsibilities with technical background.
- Knowledge of Ms Office and must be fluent in English.
