Job Title: Experienced Female School Administrator

Location: Atosin Idanre, Ondo

Requirements

• Degree in Education or similar field; post-graduate degree is a plus
• At least 10 years work experience of which 5must have been in a management role
• Must be a female
• Knowledge of administrative processes of schools
• Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office) and education management systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational ability
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good judgment and decision-making aptitude.
• A track record of leadership and experience in operations and performance management
• Proven skills in business strategy, growing organizations and performance improvement
• Problem solving, critical thinking and conflict management skills
• Strong track record in business administration and operations
• Strong business focus and organizational ability
• Experience in Education management
• Evidence of self-development culture (Certifications).
• Business, Management and Leadership certifications are added advantages.
