Job Description
The Ideal candidate will perform the following roles:

• Generate new customer leads through various channels
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in thegeography assigned
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
• Achieve the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching itstarget audience.
• Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensurethat company products meet current market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• 5 Years Proven sales experience in a Financial Institution.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
