A leading Christian University is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Information Security Analyst and Network Administrator

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet school objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field; a master's degree will be an added advantage. 

In addition, candidate should possess: 

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, three of which must be as the head of IT in a well-structured technology-oriented institution of learning.
• Google Workspace, Google cloud and Microsoft Office support experience. 
• Familiarity with project management, customer management, web platform development software, and server operating systems.
• Excellent research, written and oral communication skills.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
