Returns Manager at Egatee Online E-commerce

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Returns Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• The Return Manager should possess a B2B or B2C Industry experience, and would be responsible for returns on all orders, investigating and resolving inconsistencies
• The Returns Manager will be responsible for the entire return process.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS excel (minimum of intermediate).

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
