Job Title: Accounts Officer
Locations: Lagos State and Rivers State.
Job Description
- This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the accounting unit of Food and Catering Division of the Group.
- The successful candidate of this position will update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions such as invoices, expense vouchers, petty cash records, receipts, accounts payable and disbursements.
- S/he will also maintain financial records, reconcile the bank statements and records of vendors and customers as well as prepare monthly reports to support the senior management decision making on financial management matters.
Requirement
- This position requires a minimum accounting qualification of OND/HND.
- A minimum of 3 years progressive experience working as an accounting officer is required for this job.
- Candidates applying for the position also must have experience of using accounting and spreadsheet packages in the management of accounts.
- The successful person must be able to work under minimal supervision, and possess good analytical and organizing skills.
