Hyride is a brand of TopMode Technology company Limited based in Nigeria which offers different ride-hailing transport services through Hyride application. Hyride was founded as a startup that aimed to tackle ride hailing problems in Nigeria by creating safety, lowest commission to drivers and accessibility for passengers in using ride hailing service through Hyride platform.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Service Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The successful candidates will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Customer Service as well as perform the following key activities:

  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer enquiries about Hyride products
  • Promptly and professionally escalate and resolve to customer complaints
  • Schedule and coordinate internal andexternal events
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Assist business development and driver acquisition in verifying and following up with sales leads
  • Tracking and collating intelligence on customer reviews via smart tracking tools
  • Manage the smooth operation of the Hyride call center
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Business Development Officer will be appraised by the following parameters:

  • Speed of resolution of customer complaints
  • Number of customer service complaints reported
  • Frequency of call center download.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc Degree with 3-4 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / Month.
