We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Network Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Job Responsibilities (part but not limited to):
- Responsible for developing Dealership opportunities, offer continuous support and ensure overall success of the dealers in Nigeria.
- Responsible for understanding the dealer’s business, market situation and establishing trust relationship with dealer through regular visits and contact
- To ensure dealers efficiency, customers satisfaction and business growth
- Propose value adding initiatives to assist dealers to improve business opportunities
- Conduct and coordinate training of dealers to improve knowledge on products/services
- Follow standard visit procedure and issue visit report using the laid down format
- Ensure compliance to requirements with regards to training, tools, maintenance program, genuine parts, products, pricing, etc.
- Set up KPIs, evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement
- Design and update a roadmap for each dealership
- Collect, analyse and reconcile activity reports from dealers
- Administration and follow up of ongoing contracts and payments
- Apply the principles of PDCA to solve dealer’s problems
- Assist management in developing/reviewing dealer’s policy
- Any other jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- BA / B.Sc. or equivalent in Sciences or Social Sciences with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in related field
- Experience in developing Dealership across Nigeria in the Automotive industry is an advantage.
