Job Title: IT Technical Support Officer
Locations: Lagos State and Rivers State.
Job Description
- This position is responsible for the ensuring the optimal operating effectiveness of all he systems.
- S/he will manage the entire network administration such as Internet configuration and maintenance of LAN applications.
- S/he will also be responsible for overseeing the efficiency of the internet.
- This person will also be responsible for managing the website, responding to request, providing feedback and ensuring an utmost customer experience via Internet.
Requirement
- This position requires a minimum qualification of OND/HND with at 3 years progressive experience working as an IT Support officer in a medium/large scale organization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating system and software, as well as an in depth technical knowledge of PC hardware is required for this job.
- S/he must have hands on experience in maintaining website.
- Excellent communications skills and a logical mind are required for this role.
