Job Role

• We are looking for a Business Analyst/Software Project Manager to work closely with the Team using 4DX to achieve your goal, analyze business domain, document its processes and systems, outline business requirements, and match software being built to meet the organization’s value.
• You will be responsible for software project management from establishing a customer need. It is an added advantage if you have experience in developing leads for Business Analysis and Projects.

Responsibilities

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
• Help guide businesses in improving processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.
• Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to the CTO and Executive.
• Proactively deliver tasks assigned.
• Set up meetings or calls between clients, prospective clients, and Executives.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree, Master's is an advantage.
• Proven work experience as a Business Analyst/Software Project Manager.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Skills

• Understanding networks, databases, and other technology.
• Good Time Management.
• Good team management and motivation skills.
