Job Title: Head of Department - Human Resources

Job Role
- Develop and implement organizational Human Resource strategies in line with organisational objectives
- Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide direction and guidance during changes in organisational processes
- Advise on Human Resource requirements, trends, vacancies etc
- Cultivate ethical values and company culture in line with organisational goals
Minimum Qualification and Other Requirements
- A good degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- A relevant post graduate degree and or professional qualification(s) would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years employment as Head of Department in a similar establishment.
