Job Title: Learning and Development Associate (Human Resource)
Location: Lagos
Purpose of the Role
- The learning and development associate will be responsible for supporting the lead on all aspects of the training business to achieve the set revenue target.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in strategy sessions to formulate strategies and action plans.
- Engage prospective clients on the company’s learning and development courses/programs.
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing communication with training stakeholders (vendors, facilitators, etc).
- Co-ordinate open courses, webinars, and all training programs and events
- Engage in performance management objectives & key result-setting and execution
- Collate, interpret and maintain relevant data to determine training effectiveness; techniques, participants' feedback, etc.
- Assist in the development of training content, calendar, and programs.
- Handle all administrative activities pertaining to the learning and development business.
- Conduct post-training evaluation, preparation of training reports, and submission to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare training facility, including maintenance and other related administrative responsibilities
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Arts or any related field.
- 2-4 years experience post-NYSC
- Thorough understanding of contemporary learning & development operations and business procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Robust desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Energetic, determined, detailed, and highly capable disposition.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
- Excellent Microsoft suite skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional HR membership (will be an advantage).
