Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a proactive and organized Head Sales and Marketing Officer.
• The candidate will be required to play a vital role in the company’s growth and have essential responsibilities that range from creative influence to business strategy.
• The head of sales and marketing officer will oversee the planning, development and execution of an organization's marketing and advertising initiatives. Above all, seeking new ways to deliver messages on social media platforms to meet the desired audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department.
• Plan and direct marketing budgets in line with organizational goals.
• Adequate message distribution across targeted channels and audiences.
• Oversee a company’s overall advertising and sales strategy.
• Drive revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing activities.
• Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department.
• Negotiate advertising contracts.
• Approve marketing campaign ideas.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals.
• Seek out new ways to improve sales.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics or its equivalent.
• An advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is an added advantage.
• Three to five years of experience in a leadership role.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
