Job Title: Technical Service Executive
Locations: Lekki, & Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Our client needs a Service Engineer, also called a field service engineer, who installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and tools. Candidates will be visiting tyre service centers/workshops to market the company's products and services. To be successful as a service engineer, you should be knowledgeable about machines, spare parts, and vendors for the machinery parts.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to internal and external customers and clients.
- Always adhering to company and safety procedures.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining machinery, and tools.
- The candidate has to visit tyre service centers/workshops to market our product/services
- Preparing field reports and following up with customers
- Servicing the workshop equipment/machinery
- Finding spare parts and vendors for the machinery parts.
- The candidate must be aware of auto/machinery markets in Lagos.
- 95% field work 5% office work
- Competency/Skill/Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience working in a relaxed environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding the process behind repairing machines
- Follows policy within the work area of the role and responsibility for maintaining the quality procedures relevant to the department.
- Take part in all required training courses to obtain and maintain appropriate knowledge or skills related to effective performance.
- Understand terminology related to the job.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
