Job Title: Learning and Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Create, coordinate and execute learning strategies and programs aimed at educating& enhancing performance for organizational success.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
• Design and deliver effective learning courses, workshops and other training.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
• Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing our employees by helping them advance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• First Degree in Human Resource or related fields.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in HR, especially in Learning & Development.
• Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities i.e. ITF, professional bodies etc.
• Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, SHRM, HRCI is an added advantage.
