Job Title: Female Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

• Our Client is in need of a Customer care Representative who will serve as the front line of the company and would be entrusted to promote the image of the company online and in the store.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers.
• Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to skin problems.
• Demonstrates and explains company products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.
• Answers customers questions about products
• Assists customers with purchase decisions.
• Processes returns and exchanges.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualifications
• Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience working in a similar capacity.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Extensive knowledge of products sold.
• Ability to anticipate customers needs.
• Ability to recommend merchandise to customers.
• Previous experience required.
• Should be willing to work 6 days a week, includig weekends which will be based on shifts
• On-the-job training provided.

Remuneration
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
