Eunisell Limited is a leading global chemical and specialty fluid management company, supplying key products and solutions to a wide base of customers operating in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Entry Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary
Duration: 3 months and subject to subsequent renewal

Responsibilities

• Print out schedules and update on assigned jobs
• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders etc
• Update ERP
• Type in data provided directly from Department and Customers
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Requirements and Skills

• BSc or HND in any related field.
• 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in data entry is mandatory.
• Fast typing skills.
• Computer savvy; Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail.
