- Ensuring proper conceptualization.

- Driving the operational performance of ES with focus on efficiency, resource utilization, customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of BSc/ HND or Master.
- Must have 10 years experience or above.
- Relevant experience in any of the para military service is an added advantage.
