Nes Global Talent - Our client is a top exploration and production company presently looking for ICSS Subsea Control Engineer which involves design, fabrication and integration of various systems including Topside Control System (TCS), Hull Control System (HCS), Subsea Control System (SCS), and Package PLC Unit Control Panel (UCP) including Subsea Control Unit (SCU) into a central Human Machine Interface and provision of Operator Training System (OTS) for Field Operation needs.

Activities
- Accountable as a project representative for providing technical specialist instrument expertise to interface with the Subsea Production System on all matter relating to control and safety system design.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with design, material specification, construction, installation standards and regulations.
- Ensure that ICSS design equipments requirements are developed as specified in the Subsea Production System interface requirement.
- Ensure that HMI operators console are consistently implemented between the ICSS and Subsea Control Unit (SCU).
- Ensure that all applicable ICSS - SCU Standard Function are developed, tested and validated in Operational Philosophy
Accountabilities
- Assist the ICSS Manager for ensuring ICSS- Subsea Control Unit (SCU) technical interface areseamlessly implemented in design and configuration of FPSO control techniques.
- Participate in the execution for what concerns Field Operational tools such as OTS, OCWR and OFMS by providing required input.
Qualification
- University Degree in Electronic Engineering or Controls Engineering or equivalent qualification knowledge in Control Valves, Transmitters (pressure & Level), Various instruments, Safety and Control systems.
- Experience: 5 years experience as Instrumentation and Control engineering in Oil & Gas production process, Plant Integrity Management System, Codes, Standard, Condition Monitoring Techniques,Instrumentation / ICSS Techniques, Knowledge of Conventional Instrumentation, Knowledge of Pneumatic Instrumentation, Knowledge of PLC / ICSS. Hydraulic Instrumentation knowledge would be beneficial
