Job Description
- This ideal candidate is responsible for performing advanced and specialized hands-on HR Consulting duties in a fast paced, high pressure organization in delivering the right value to clients and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and pursue strategic opportunities to cultivate business partnerships and relationships
- Initiate and pursue strategic opportunities to cultivate business partnerships and relationships
- Identify, design and implement general HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed client deliverables.
- Provide high level, timely and professional advice to clients in various capacities including but not limited to HR Business Partnering support
- Supervise HR operations & strategy related responsibilities within OutsideIn HR
- Supervise and mentor Senior Analyst, Analyst and Trainee Analyst
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree from a reputable higher institution. A business related degree would be an added advantage.
- Professional Certifications in Human Resources would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
