We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Position Details
As a Customer Service Representative , you are the face of the company and must represent the brand in a professional manner. The duties of a Customer Service Representative includes but not limited to:

• Welcome customers with a cheerful face upon entrance into the sales outlet
• Attend to customers professionally both physically and over telephone conversation
• Record all sales correctly and without error on the computer
• Do a proper calculation of a customer bill before collation and final issuance of bill upon an order
• Ensure to proffer a timely resolution to customers complaint and in a professional manner
• Interface closely with other department to ensure the company business needs are met, as well as Customer needs
• Carry out all instructions given to you your superiors.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Must live in or close to Lekki Phase 1 and environs.

Salary
N40,000 - N45,000 monthly.
