POC is a professional estate surveying and valuation firm established in 1997 with Corporate Head Quarters in Lekki Peninsula Scheme I, and branch offices at Ikeja - Lagos State; Asaba - Delta State and Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Our company is registered under the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (Established by Decree No. 24 of 1975).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The ideal candidates will be responsible for;

• Valuation of Properties
• Sales, Lease and Rental
• Property/Facility Management
• Property Development
• Feasibility and Viability studies

Qualifications

• A Degree in Estate Management with a minimum qualification of Second Class Upper / Lower Division
• A member of NIESV is an added advantage
• Must have 1-5 years experience as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be resident in Lagos and have knowledge inthe Real Estate market.
• Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
• Good organizational and planning skills

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
