Job Title: Crewing Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description
- Ensure companies policies & guidelines relevant to safety & Environmental protection are implemented.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Safety & Quality Management System as applicable.
- Full control of the vessel crew management and when operating in the contract ensure Vessel meets the client requirements as per their expectations in relation to crew competency and experience.
- Training Needs to be identified, annual plan made and implemented with agreement on same with clients.
- Crew payrolls to be made and submitted on timely manner with all supporting documents as per requirement with nil errors on same.
- Crew movement to be planned with all safety & Security measures as per policy.
- Preparation and control of budget.
Requirements
- Must have good experience into crew management for "Offshore Marine Industry".
