Job Title: Junior Chef
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to standards in the production and preparation of food – in quality, quantity and safety
- Ensure the correct storage of all food items
- Ensure consistent and smooth production of food
- Ensure that working areas are always kept clean
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to specification and served at the correct quality, portion size and temperature
- Communicating with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure that food items are prepared in a timely manner
- Maintaining the inventory of food items in the kitchen and appropriately restock when necessary
- Work towards exceeding customer’s expectation
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
