Job Title: Below-The-Line (BTL) Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for all marketing activities across categories with focus on planning and implementation of visibility, market activation, merchandising, consumer promotions, events based on market needs, customer retention, product survey and feasibility studies.
• Strategic planning of all marketing activities, product categories and brands.
• Devise and implement brand plans for regional level activities.
• Plan and implement various promotional formats and other marketing activities at on and off premises across the region.
• Plan and implement visibility at conventional and non-conventional avenues.
• Devise and implement systems for procurement and analysis of market intelligence.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers/market opportunities.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
• 4-5 years and above in the fashion and beauty industry.
• Experience managing a high performance sales team.
• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to travel when required.
• Applicants must be proactive, energetic and creative.
• Applicants must possess good communication skills and excellent time management.
• Applicants must possess a profound set of skills in what BTL entails.
