Job Brief
- We are looking to hire an innovative and experienced Shop sales officer who is ready to propel our organization towards growth.
Duties
- Understand customers need and offer solutions and support
- Organize and coordinate sales assistant schedules
- Receives reports on all sales
- Supervise sales assistant and shop assistant
- Communicate corporate safety policy and ensure it is being adhered to
- Manage inventory
- Train staff
- Oversee day to day running of the shop
- Responsible for daily and weekly accounting and records.
- Supervise the activities of the other staff members
- Facilitate retail operation
- Track sales metric
- Assist sales assistant to meet and exceed goals
Requirements
- Minimum of OND
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Good inter personal relationship
- Excellent Leadership skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skill
- Time management and organizational skills.
