Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all purchasing activities of the department.
- Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Review, compare, analyze, and recommend products and services to be purchased.
- Manage inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Provide price trend recommendations and search for new suppliers related to the procurement of promo materials.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Source and register new vendors for various materials required within the value chain
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets and cost analyses
- Tag all assets and maintain a database for all assets in the business
- Generate insightful reports that enhances best business decision on purchases, to promote quality and cost effectiveness

Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any relevant disciplines
- Must possess relevant receivables accounting experience of minimum of 3 years experience

- Professional exams, member of relevant professional association etc..
