Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Sanya (Mile 2), Lagos

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant academic qualification (Minimum of HND, B.S.C and relevant qualification or its equivalent)
• Candidate shall have Post Graduate Experience of 0- 3 years
• Ability to communicate and relate with customers in English, Hausa and Yoruba fluently
• He/ she must have excellent communication skill
• He / she must have excellent Customer Service Experience
• This role is based in Lagos.
