Customer Service Representative at Lolu's Cuisine

Lolu's Cuisine is a bespoke catering outfit that offers nationwide outdoor catering services, private fine dining, lunch deliveries and bulk food deliveries. We offer a variety of African and Continental, oriental and Caribbean cuisine, barbecues, grills, finger foods, cocktails, pastries and beverages. At Lolu’s Cuisine we have a market-pot policy and therefore all ingredients are sourced freshly after payment for orders are confirmed to ensure that our clients get the best quality healthy foods.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time (Onsite - 6 Days per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests- All daily transactions, and orders must be entered in an excel sheet.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
• 1-2 years experience of Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
