Job Title: Senior Analyst

Responisbilities
- The Senior Analyst will be responsible for collecting data, researching and analyzing an organization’s operations to improve its systems and processes.
- Reviewing project management plans for feasibility and making recommendations for improvement
- Working with various teams throughout the organization to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about project status at all times
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to gather information about their needs and expectations regarding projects
- Preparing reports on project status and key activities to communicate with project sponsors or other stakeholders
- Develop reports with recommendations to the company’s management on the potential impact of their findings.
Requirements
- An M.Sc or MBA in Business or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
- A strong financial background with experience in budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, pricing, reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques
- Working knowledge of relevant business management principles
- Ability to use Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google analytics etc.
- Must not be less than Intermediate level on Excel.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Experience in any top consultancy firm is an added advantage.
