Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Abuja

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Public Relations, Mass Communications or any related field.
• Post graduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Must be relevant customer service experience in the Banking industry.
• Must be conversant with banking procedures and regulatory policies.
• Our ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Competencies, Capabilities and Key Skills:

• Must have required competency and integrity for handling operational duties.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to provide solutions to customers queries through knowledge of the Bank's procedures and policies.
• Must be able to multitask and pay attention to details.
