Job Description

• Follow up on daily maintenance tasks under his sector.
• Check Field Reports.
• Check teams attendance.
• Work on open tickets under his supervision.
• Analyze time required to finish a task by field teams.
• Escalate issues once problem is faced.
• Check spares in vehicles/audit.
• Insure PPE is always available with team members.
• Check vehicle safety.
• Update tickets reports.
• Create Schedules as per input.
• Follow up on jobs and ensure its ready for invoices.
• Assign jobs to other branches when required.
• Follow up with branches to ensure the job is done.
• Ensure failure resolution time is within company limitations​.

Requirements

• Technical support for the teams in field.
• Customer support.
• Manage fleet of teams.
• Schedules of team members duties.
• Daily reports.
• Follow up on all the necessities.
• Proper escalations.
