Job Description

• The Kitchen Assistant will ensure smooth operation in the kitchen. Careful handling of Kitchen equipments and keeping them clean always. Assist the Chef with the preparation of meal ingredients (washing, peeling and preparing them).

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• Basic knowledge of table service.
• Kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
• Can use the computer very well (Microsoft Office).
• Be flexible to the demands of the job and have flair for the hospitality industry.
