We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Order Fulfilment and Warehouse Officer

Location: Lagos

Outline of Job

• Responsible to ensure that all orders are processed from invoicing, releasing from warehouse, packaging to final shipment/delivery of products to Sygnite customers.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders in a full cycle from order entry to invoicing.
• Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillment
• Prepare delivery documentation, maintains records, and coordinate logistics for product shipment
• Follow up on shipment status to customers and ensure delivery dates are met
• Prepare and update relevant information for sales and monthly reports.
• Organize warehouse space
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Ensure correct archiving of orders, documentation, and emails
• Keep warehouse clean and organized in line with Sygnite 5S safety standards.
• Handle return orders
• Keeping stock control by maintaining the requisite stock records for all Sygnite products.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. E.g., transportation, receiving, offloading, stock take, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
• Participate in projects and/or workgroups.
• Execute tasks in line with procedures and work instructions
• Timely escalation to Line Manager when service to the customer is at stake.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Supply Chain Management or any related discipline.
• CIPS Certification will be an added advantage.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 1 - 2 years’ work experience in a supply chain field or in a warehouse setting.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate well
• Can-do mentality and a strong sense of ownership;
• Team player who is service and result oriented to essentially get the job done;
• Good Planning and organizing skills;
• Accurate and disciplined uses a structured approach in his work;
• Data entry experience with excellent accuracy level;
• Good knowledge using Microsoft Office and ERP
• Able to think in and understand end-to-end processes.
