Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service are:
- Inspect and diagnose defects to provide resolutions.
- Manage and resolve service requests.
- Direct technicians and subcontractors with clear guidelines to resolve issues.
- Ensure customers are kept fully updates on progress being made offer face to face customer support.
