Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service are:

• Inspect and diagnose defects to provide resolutions.
• Manage and resolve service requests.
• Direct technicians and subcontractors with clear guidelines to resolve issues.
• Ensure customers are kept fully updates on progress being made offer face to face customer support.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification.
• 1 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N175,000 - N180,000 monthly
