Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Qualifications / Requirements

• Applicant must possess a University Degree not less than Second Class Lower (preferably in Estate Surveying, Accountancy, and Civil Engineering) from a reputable University.
• Applicant must have up to 5 years working experience.
• Applicant must be able to prepare weekly report and monitor Service Charge of the tenants.
• Applicant must be able to prepare maintenance schedules for the facility as and at when required.
