TeamAce Limited - Our client, a multi-channel Spa and Skin Care Brand, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Industry: Beauty

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Administering and revising compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR Management experience in a related field.
  • HR certification(CIPM) is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools(Excel, PPT).

Remuneration
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
