Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
- Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.
- Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
- Design/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.
- Arrange/design advertising to promote the property(ies)
- To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
- Present the Group to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.
- Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure. Advise investment products based on client needs.
- Ensure adequate communication with clients with regard to their needs and interests and provide sales representation when needed.
- Design/ draft content-filled proposals for prospective clients.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc / HND in any Social Science subject.
- Experienced in marketing and sales of Real Estate is compulsory.
- Experience: 5-7 years experience in Marketing and sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate firm.
- Relevant experience in Real estate sales
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Proactive, positive, and flexible approach to teamwork
- Digitally savvy
- Great customer orientation
- Great communication skills.
- Resilient spirit and a persistent nature.
